Elizabeth Jane Morrow, daughter of John Morrow and Mary Calhoun, was born 23 April 1795 in Abbeville District, SC. She was known as Jane in several documents.
In the spring of 1826, He and his brother, John, with their family migrated and settled in northwest part of Arkansas somewhere between Evansville and Vineyard.
He is listed in the 1829 Sheriff’s census of Washington Co., AR.
