Absalom Simpson, son of Hugh
Simpson and Mary Anna Long, was born 23 March 1793 in Pendleton Co., SC.
The family moved to Kentucky
then to Davidson Co., TN. Probably in the year of 1810, the family moved and settled
in Warren Co., KY.
Absalom is probably listed in the

County, KY.
